The Potapo's Solidarity Night Trial can be undertaken by interacting with an Obsidian Pole, west of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. It is located on a land mass in between the river, as marked on the map above, and can be reached by gliding from any of the nearby Teleport Waypoints.

Once you have reached the location, just interact with the Pole to be teleported to the Night Kingdom to begin the challenge.
