The servers will go offline at 3 pm PDT, and the maintenance is expected to last around five hours, meaning the servers will be back online at 8 pm PDT. According to the official announcement, the Genshin Impact 4.8 update maintenance will begin on July 17, 2024, at 6 am (UTC+8). It is estimated to take around five hours, meaning the server downtime will end at 11 am (UTC+8).

NA (July 16, 2024)
- Pacific Daylight Time: 3 pm - 8 pm
- Mountain Daylight Time: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Central Daylight Time: 5 pm - 10 pm
- Eastern Daylight Time: 6 pm - 11 pm
EU (July 16-17, 2024)
- Western European Summer Time: 11 pm - 4 am
- Central European Summer Time: 12 am - 5 am
- Eastern European Summer Time: 1 am - 6 am
Asia (July 17, 2024)
- India Standard Time: 3:30 am - 8:30 am
- China Standard Time: 6 am - 11 am
- Philippine Standard Time: 6 am - 11 am
- Japanese Standard Time: 7 am - 12 pm

Once the maintenance ends and the server goes live, Travelers will receive 600 Primogems as compensation, which can be collected from the in-game mail. It is also worth noting that Navia and Nilou's banners will be available as soon as the version 4.8 update is released.
