The Spirit of the Fallen Dawnstar's Night's Trial can be initiated by interacting with an Obsidian Totem Pole located atop a cliff, southwest of the Master's of the Night-Wind village. To reach the location, simply teleport to the Teleport Waypoint southwest of the village and tread towards the west to the location in the Tezcatepetonco Range, marked on the map above.

You will have to climb a cliff to reach the location; however, you can use the Phlogiston Wind Tunnel on the cliffside or switch to Kachina or Xilonen for convenience. Once you are at the spot, interact with the Obsidian Totem Pole to teleport to the Night Kingdom and begin the challenge.

Spirit of the Fallen Dawnstar is quite a tricky enemy to deal with. It is capable of dealing a lot of damage, flying, and encasing itself in a Cryo shield to protect from incoming damage. In order to defeat the Spirit, you will have to prevent it from flying and continuously form a Cryo shield.

In case the foe is successful in forming a shield, you will need to use Pyro characters to attack the shield or defrost the braziers in the surroundings. Either method would result in breaking the shield giving you an opportunity to strike.

Bringing a Pyro character with you in this challenge will be crucial to breaking through the Cryo shield of the local legend. Here are a few things that can help you gain an edge:

• Use ranged Pyro characters like Lyney or Yoimiya to target from a distance. You can also resort to Yanfei or Klee.
• Add a shielder or healer to your team to ensure survival against incoming damage.
• You can also use an Overload team as the knockback from the elemental reaction can disrupt the enemy.
