Tending to a Tepetlisaurus is a series of daily commissions in Natlan from which you can get a hidden achievement. Titled Hora, Come Here, the hidden achievement can be triggered only after completing the commission at least twice, and by selecting very specific dialog options.

Once you have set your daily commission region to Natlan, you will get the Tending to a Tepetlisaurus daily commission randomly. Complete the Day 1 commission to proceed to the next day and claim the hidden achievement, Hora, Come Here.

How to get Hora, Come Here achievement from Tending to a Tepetlisaurus commission in Genshin Impact

The Tending to a Tepetlisaurus daily commission questline requires you to complete multiple commissions revolving around a young Tepetlisaurus named Hora. Day 1 of this commission questline is titled Tending to a Tepetlisaurus, while Day 2 is called Tending to a Tepetlisaurus: In Need of a Trim. You need to complete both versions successfully to get the hidden achievement.

Do note that since this is not a chain commission, you might not get the commission on two consecutive days. Additionally, there is a third part titled Tending to a Tepetlisaurus: In Search of a Recipe, which, despite being related, does not give you the achievement.

In case you get the third part before the regular Day 2 one, wait till you get the In Need of a Trim commission, and then complete it successfully to get the Hora, Come Here achievement.

Day 1: Tending to a Tepetlisaurus

The first commission takes place in the Children of Echoes region and introduces you to the NPC Cazcal and his young Tepetlisaurus Hora. Follow these steps to complete the Tending to a Tepetlisaurus commission:

Step 1: Talk to the NPC Cazcal

Navigate to the location marked above and interact with the NPC Cazcal. He will talk about Hora and how he has been trying to coax the very energetic Tepetlisaurus into taking a bath. As you continue the conversation, he will ask for the Traveler's help in gathering some Embercore stems.

Step 2: Get the Embercore Stems from the box

Search the marked box and gather some Embercore stems before returning to Cazcal and handing them over.

Step 3: Put the Driftyball in the pool

Next, Cazcal will ask for help in putting the Driftyball in the middle of the pool. Follow the instructions and do as asked.

Step 4: Complete the commission

Once you have helped Cazcal, stand back and watch Hora's reaction. After another brief conversation with the two, the Day 1 Tending to a Tepetlisaurus commission will wrap up.

Day 2: Tending to a Tepetlisaurus: In Need of a Trim

The next commission in this quest line is the one that gives you the hidden achievement. There is a high chance of getting the Tending to a Tepetlisaurus: In Need of a Trim after completing the Day 1 version. However, in case you get In Search of a Recipe, just complete it and then wait till you get the Day 2 one.

Follow these steps to complete the commission correctly and get the hidden achievement:

Day 2 of the Tending to a Tepetlisaurus quest line takes place in a different part of the Children of Echoes region. Navigate to the area and interact with Cazcal, who will tell you that Hora needs his claws trimmed. He will explain how his claws can be trimmed before asking you to follow the instructions.

Step 2: Do not follow the instructions given to you

Once you begin the process of trimming Hora's claws, you will get multiple option choices on how to proceed. Pick the choices that go directly against the instructions given to you by Cazcal. There will be a total of six choices, and these are the following that you should pick:

Option #1

For the first option, pick either "Wipe his horn with the fine brush" or "Wipe Hora's entire body down with a towel".

Option #2

For the second option, pick either "Gently clean his back with the big brush" or "Wipe his horn with the fine brush".

Option #3

For the third option, pick the "Wipe his horn with the fine brush" choice.

Options #4, #5 and #6

For the next three options, keep picking either "Pet Hora's tummy" or "Squeeze Hora's paw". Do not pick the option to trim Hora's nails even once.

Step 3: Complete the commission

Once you have gone through all the dialog choices without having picked the option to trim Hora's nails, Cazcal will step in and demonstrate how to do the trimming himself.

Following this, Hora will run off again, and the commission will end, giving you the Hora, Come Here achievement.
