Teyvat's Special Delivery is the new ongoing web event for Genshin Impact. During the event, you must complete certain missions to get packages to deliver in different nations of Teyvat. Completing this event and delivering all the packages will give players various rewards, including 40 Primogems, Exclusive Recipes, Hero's Wits, and much more.

Event duration and eligibility

The Teyvat's Special Delivery web event will be available from September 27, 2024, to October 7, 2024, at 11:59 pm (UTC+8). To be eligible to take part in the event, you must be at least Adventure Rank 10 or above.

During the Teyvat's Special Delivery web event, you must complete various challenges from the event's web page to get packages. Each mission completion will reward you with one package.

Some missions will require you to log into the game, like complete Daily Commissions, use your Resin, and so on. On the other hand, there are also missions that you can complete outside of Genshin Impact, like watching the Natlan trailer, sharing the web event page, and so on. Daily Missions will reset each day at 4 am.

Once you acquire a package, head to the event's "Deliver Package" section to deliver it to various recipients across all the nations of Teyvat. You can choose any region of your choice where you want to make the delivery.

After selecting the region, you will be given the order recipient's information along with two options of recipients to choose from. You must choose the correct recipient based on the given information to complete the order delivery.

Note: If you select the wrong recipient, you will be prompted and allowed to choose once again.

You can only deliver one package per nation. Therefore, you must deliver a total of six packages to complete the event. Once you make a delivery, you will receive rewards from the recipient. Upon completing all six deliveries, you will be rewarded 40 Primogems, among other rewards.
