As mentioned, you must activate a few mechanisms on the Isle of Tozoz in Ochkanatlan to trigger The Lone Isle Named Night in Genshin Impact.
You can get to the small island by either using a Koholasaurus or teleporting to the waypoint on the floating island right above the Isle of Tozoz (unlocked during the To the Sky-Road quest) and jumping down.
Don't forget to unlock the teleport waypoint on the Isle of Tozoz. Once that is done, interact with the Spiritscone near the stone tablet and use the Saurian's skill (hold Normal Attack) on the Ancient Inscribed Ring. This will unlock all the mechanisms on the island and summon a few Secret Source Sentinels. You must start these devices while avoiding the Sentinels.
Start mechanism #1
After interacting with the Inscribed Ring, turn right to find the first device. Approach it while avoiding the Setninel's light. This will summon one enemy. Quickly defeat it and activate the device.
Start mechanism #2
You can find the second device on the bridge on the east side of the Isle of Tozoz. You don't have to fight anyone this time. Simply avoid the lights and activate the mechanism.
Start mechanism #3
The third mechanism is on a floating platform located very high on the island. You can transform into an Iktomisaur and use its ability to go up.
However, the easiest way to get up would be to teleport to the waypoint on the floating island above the Isle of Tozoz and jump down.
Interact with another Ancient Inscribed Ring
Transform into Iktomisaur and use its ability on the Ancient Inscribed Ring at the top of the tower. This will start The Lone Isle Named Night quest in Genshin Impact and open the gate of the tower.
Investigate the hidden chamber
Go inside the hidden chamber to find a Pyroculus and a Precious Chest. Collect them before reading the Ancient Diary on the table. This will trigger a long cutscene and awaken the abyssal enemy in the chamber.
Defeat the enemy affected by the Abyssal contamination. This will start another cutscene before concluding the quest.
The Lone Isle Named Night quest rewards
Upon completing The Lone Isle Named Night in Genshin Impact, you will get 40 Primogems and unlock the hidden achievement called Perhaps We've a Long Road Ahead of Us..., worth five Primogems. You will also receive a new Saurian egg model furniture for the Serenitea Pot called "Quick, Wake!".
