Genshin Impact Tribal Secret Spaces locations

In Genshin Impact, Tribal Secret Spaces are secret rooms that every tribe of Natlan has guarded for several generations. These are hidden, and the only way to gain access to them is by finding three Obsidian Ring Fragments and combining them to form an Obsidian Ring.

As a reward for unlocking a tribe's secret trove, you will find a Sanctifying Elixir inside, which is a key item while Transmuting Artifacts, along with a full 5-star set of the Obsidian Codex and the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City artifact set.

That being said, this article will provide the locations of all the Tribal Secret Spaces in Genshin Impact while also giving a brief guide on how you can find the Obsidian Ring Fragments to unlock them for each tribe.

Genshin Impact: Tribal Secret Spaces locations and how to unlock them

As mentioned above, to unlock a Tribal Secret Space for any tribe, you will need to find three Obsidian Ring Fragments and combine them to form one Obsidian Ring. Each tribe will have its own special Obsidian Ring Fragments and Rings. It may be tricky and time-consuming to get these fragments because they are randomly obtained by opening Precious and Luxurious treasure chests in Natlan. Since there is RNG involved in getting these fragments, you might find them early on, or you might get your last Obsidian Ring Fragment after opening the final Precious or Luxurious chest in Natlan.

In addition, if you succeed in completing the Master Trainer challenges spread across Natlan's map with a high enough rank, you will be rewarded with these high-rarity chests that may contain the required Obsidian Ring Fragments.

Here are the locations of the Tribal Secret Spaces of each tribe, and the different Obsidian Rings required to unlock them:

1) Tribal Secret Space: Children of Echoes

To unlock the Children of Echoes Tribal Secret Space, you will need to acquire the Yellow Obsidian Ring, which can be acquired by collecting three Yellow Obsidian Ring Fragments. You can find the Yellow Obsidian Ring Fragments by opening the high-rarity chests in the Tequemecan Valley and the Basin of Unnumbered Flames region.

Once you have got all three Yellow Ring Fragments and crafted the Yellow Obsidian Ring, you can head to the Tribal Secret Space of the Children of Echoes tribe.

Teleport to the underground waypoint north of the Children of Echoes and jump down from the cliff while heading south. You will come across the Children of Echoes tribe's secret trove in a small cave. Use the Yellow Obsidian Ring to unlock it and claim your reward.

2) Tribal Secret Space: Scions of the Canopy

You will need to find three Green Obsidian Ring Fragments and combine them to form a Green Obsidian Ring in order to unlock the Scions of the Canopy Tribal Secret Space. These fragments can be found by opening the high-rarity chests in the Coatepec Mountain region.

Once you have acquired the Green Obsidian Ring by collecting all three of the ring's fragments, you can proceed to unlock the secret trove of the Scions of the Canopy region.

Teleport to the waypoint south of the Scions of the Canopy region and head southwest. Jump down and you will find the Scions of the Canopy tribe's secret trove at the bottom of a small cave. You must use the Green Obsidian Ring to unlock it.

3) Tribal Secret Space: People of the Springs

To be able to unlock the People of the Springs Tribal Secret Space, you will need to collect three Azure Obsidian Ring Fragments and use them to obtain the Azure Obsidian Ring. You may find the Azure Obsidian Ring Fragments randomly by opening the high-rarity treasure chests in the Toyac Springs region.

After acquiring the Azure Obsidian Ring, you can now head toward the secret trove of the People of the Springs region and unlock it.

Teleport to the waypoint north of the People of the Springs and head slightly towards the southeast. You will find the People of the Springs tribe's secret trove in a small cave by the beach. You can use the Azure Obsidian Ring to unlock it.
