Genshin Impact introduced two new artifact sets in the version 4.6 update. Players can obtain them at the Faded Theater domain in Pertichor. While Arlecchino's signature set is called Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy, the other one is called the Unfinished Reverie. As there are only a few characters who can use the latter artifact set effectively, many must be curious about the ones who can use it.
Based on the set bonus, Unfinished Reverie is best suited for characters that benefit from the Burning elemental reaction. Certain units from Fontaine and Natlan can be ideal users for it.
Let's take a look at the effects and the best characters to utilize the Unfinished Reverie artifact set in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact Unfinished Reverie artifact set effects
Genshin Impact's version 4.6 released two new artifact sets in the game that can be obtained from the artifact domain on Petrichor Island. Both offerings provide favorable buffs to characters, with the Unfinished Reverie set being useful for Dendro and Pyro units.
The 2-piece set bonus is similar to Gladiator's or Shimenawa's and provides characters with additional attack. However, it is the 4-piece bonus that has tremendous potential in team compositions relying on the Burning elemental reactions. The artifact set can buff the damage of its wielder by 50% as long as the Burning reaction occurs, and this can also be triggered off-field.
Naturally, attack-scaling characters from the Dendro or Pyro element will be the best options to wield the Unfinished Reverie artifact set.
Best characters for Unfinished Reverie in Genshin Impact
1) Emilie
Emilie is a 5-star Dendro character debuting on the second-half banners of version 4.8. She is a perfumer from Fontaine who can apply Dendro on enemies from off-field. As a sub-DPS in Burning reaction and Mono Pyro team compositions, she can make effective use of the Unfinished Reverie artifact set.
2) Kinich
Kinich is a 5-star Dendro character who will debut in the version 5.0 Natlan update. He will be one of the first few characters from the Pyro nation and is a Saurian Hunter in the narrative. Leaks about Kinich's kit have suggested that he may be a main DPS character who may shine in Burning and Burgeon reaction team comps. As such, he may also be a good wielder for the Unfinished Reverie artifact set.
It is important to note that details about Kinich's kit are sourced from the beta test and details about his best artifact build will become clear once he is released.
