Genshin Impact Urgent Orders web event guide: How to get 40 Primogems

Genshin Impact has released a new web event called the Urgent Orders featuring the upcoming 5-star character Xilonen. During the event, you must help the master craftsperson forge a few items by interacting with different objects and gathering inspiration. Completing the event will reward you with several in-game items, such as Primogems and character level-up materials. Additionally, you can obtain an event wallpaper featuring Xilonen.

How to play the Urgent Orders event

Select the commission from the order list

During the event, you must complete three forging commissions. You can view them by clicking on the Order List (paper icon) at the top of the screen. After you complete a commission, new commissions will unlock, which you can obtain from the list.

Gather inspiration

After obtaining the forging commission, you can start interacting with the following objects to gather inspiration:

• Pool
• Tree
• Tepetlisaurus
• Alpaca
• Xilonen

Clicking on each object will give one inspiration. Once you've got enough inspiration, click on the forging table to complete the commission before accepting another. Keep following these steps until you've completed all three forging commissions on the order list.

Do note, that you must finish all the commissions before the Alpaca's patience runs out. You can check out its patience level by looking at the gauge above its head.

Urgent Orders event rewards

You will get the following rewards for completing the Urgent Orders web event:

• Primogem x40
• Mora x20000
• Prithiva Topaz Fragment x3
• Mystic Enhancement Ore x2

The rewards will be sent to your account within five to ten minutes and you can collect them from the in-game mailbox. In addition, you can download an event wallpaper featuring the 5-star Geo character Xilonen.

As mentioned, the web event will end on October 11, 2024, so make sure to get all the rewards in time.
