#2 The game will feature Horseback riding
For the first time in the history of Fromsoftware games, it seems the upcoming Great Rune will feature horseback riding as one of its key gameplay mechanics. This also points towards the scope of the world Fromsoftware is building for this game.
It actually indicates that the world we are going to dive in will notably be a lot bigger in size and scope than previous Fromsoftware titles such as Bloodborne or Sekiro and hence horse riding is a necessary addition to traversing this world.

Here's hoping that Horseback fighting will also be a thing in this game.
#3 The game is not fully open world
Hold your horses. Even though the upcoming game features horseback riding and a huge world, the game might not be as open as let's say Red Dead Redemption or The Witcher 3.
This information comes from Antonio Fucito, who wrote on his Twitter account that the game is not fully open world, about which he can confirm. This is mainly because of the limitation of the engine FromSoftware has been using this current generation. However, they have modified the same for this upcoming game.
