GRID: NVIDIA's new super fast streaming service

Grid service which will be launched on 18th November allows owners of the Shield Table and Shield Portable devices to select and stream PC’s Games from NVIDIA’s launch library. There are a lot of advantages playing the Grid such as High quality, low latency, and multi device gaming on any devices such as PC, Tablets, smartphones or TV. Also it allows anytime access to library gaming titles on the cloud. All this results in less hassle and avoiding complicated set ups, downloads, installations etc.

NVIDIA has partnered with publishers like Warner Bros Interactive to include games like Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum In addition to Psychonauts, Dead Island, Borderlands, and Borderlands 2 among many more.

Until June 30th,2015 there will be a free preview service ,after that there might be a Subscription based model pricing, but which would be affordable for the users.

The main highlight of the feature is the fast streaming computers in the Grid Cloud Network, which is way ahead of any streaming service in the cloud network.

In the future the service might be extended to the GPU Users, but as of now it’s only confined to the Shield Users.
