GTA Online Servers back to normal after cloud maintenance

GTA Online servers were down for maintainence but are back now

GTA Online Servers were earlier down for maintenance, but are now back up and running. The Rockstar support page already reported to fans about the seven hour server maintainence. The maintenance on the cloud servers were for Rockstar Social Club and both platforms.

The downtime in the servers was in preparation for the awaiting next-gen console launch of Grand Theft Auto V and later for GTA Online. The Rockstar Social Club website and features were down not just for GTA Online but for other Rockstar titles as well.

Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online both will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from November 18th and it was also announced that those who carry over their GTA Online character from current-gen iterations will earn rewards. The game developers have already mentioned earlier that the game will not have a pre-release beta. Also, the players who upgrade to the new version will receive a set of exclusive content, which includes new vehicles, weapons, and even new story missions.
