Helldivers 2 August 10 Major Order: Super Earth launches assault against the Automatons

Helldivers 2 finally has a new Major Order! Super Earth is finally launching an assault against the Automatons. This comes right after the Escalation of Freedom update, so the Helldivers will have plenty of new tools to tackle the Bots. However, the Automatons have also gained numbers. The new Rocket Tanks have also joined the Bots.

But numbers won't deter the Helldivers, as they have long been craving a win and this Major Order could provide a massive boost for Super Earth in the Second Galactic War. Let's take a look at what the new Major Order has in store for the Automatons.

Helldivers 2 latest Major Order: Super Earth launches an assault on isolated Automatons

According to Super Earth's message, the Helldivers' efforts in the previous Major Order have helped bring Super Earth close to victory in the fight for liberty. They have succeeded in cutting off Automatons in the Trigon sector. The Automatons on the planets Troost and Vandalon IV are isolated and vulnerable, making it the perfect time to launch an attack.

If the Helldivers are successful, they can reinforce this position and eradicate the Automatons, which will be a big win in the Second Galactic War. However, even these isolated Bots will prove to be tough opponents. With the introduction of Super Fortresses in the Escalation of Freedom update, it has now become tougher than ever to take down the Automatons.

Just isolating the Bots is not enough to win the fight. To complete this Major Order, the Helldivers will need to act promptly. If they are not able to eliminate the Automatons in time, reinforcements might arrive and thwart all their plans. So, speed is of the essence. This could finally be the moment Super Earth strikes a big blow and the story advances.

Players have also been speculating about the arrival of the Illuminate faction. Arrowhead Game Studios has also teased the arrival of this new enemy type in the past. If Super Earth can whittle down the number of Automatons, The Illuminate faction might make their way to Helldivers 2. But this is all just speculation, and we won't know for sure until this Major Order is done.

Hopefully, the Helldivers will finally be able to deal a meaningful blow to the Automatons. Then again, the fate of liberty is riding on their shoulders.
