Help the toy figure escape danger: Genshin Impact puzzle guide

There are a total of three puzzles where players have to help the toy figure escape danger on the map of Simulanka. All these puzzles are part of the Constellation Clockwork puzzles scattered all across the Constellation Metropole region.

Help the toy figure escape danger in Genshin Impact Constellation Metropole

All three quests that require players to help the toy figure escape danger are situated in Constellation Metropole, and their gameplay is more or less the same.

The first puzzle where you have to help the toy figure escape danger is part of the Day 2 Summertide Scales and Tales quest: 'They Once Walked the Starry Sky'. This quest unlocks the area of Constellation Metropole in Simulanka.

Once you reach the Constellation Metropole area after leaving the Forest of Blessings, you will find two toy figures asking for help. Follow these steps to help the toy figure escape danger and change the scenario:

Step 1: Attack the Constellation Clockwork device

Once you attack the Constellation Clockwork device, the scenario will start rewinding, and the toy guard who had fallen down the cliff will get back up.

Step 2: Walk over to the Oracle pillars and connect them

Once the guard is standing upright, walk to the Oracle Pillars behind him and connect them so that they form a guardrail.

Step 3: Wait for the scenario to play out

Once you have connected the Oracle Pillars, the toy figures will interact amongst themselves, and the crisis will be averted.

The next puzzle takes place in the main city of Constellation Metropole. Solving this puzzle will give you a Precious Chest. Follow these steps to help the toy figure escape danger.

Step 1: Attack the Constellation Clockwork device

Rewind the scenario to the very beginning (Image via HoYoverse)

Attack the Constellation Clockwork device two or three times so that it rewinds the scenario to the beginning.

Step 2: Go and stand by the glue tube

Walk over to the container of glue and stand beside it (Image via HoYoverse)

As the first part of the scenario plays out, go over to the huge glue tube and stand beside it. A short tutorial dialog box will pop up explaining how to use the glue tube. Read and close it.

Step 3: Attack the glue tube once the yellow toy figure steps on the platform

Keep watching the scenario, and wait for the yellow toy figure to step onto the small platform beside the glue tube. Once it's standing on the platform, attack the glue tube to spray superglue.

Step 4: Form a big puddle of glue

Keep attacking the glue tube till there is a big puddle of glue on the floor. You will need to attack three-four times to ensure that the amount of glue that gets sprayed is sufficient.

Step 5: Watch the new scenario play out

Once there is a big puddle of glue, the large red toy figure will trip and fall on it, and the problem will be solved.

The third puzzle can also be found in the Constellation Metropole main city area. To help the toy figures escape danger in this puzzle, you need to prevent the boxes from falling on their heads and injuring them. Follow these steps to solve the puzzle and help the toy figure escape danger.

Step 1: Break the box and vases

Attack and break the box and vases in front of the house before starting the puzzle.

Step 2: Attack the Constellation Clockwork device

Rewind the scenario by attacking the Constellation Clockwork device two-three times. Once the rewind is complete, the scene will start playing from the very beginning.

Step 3: Go stand by the glue tube and wait for the scene to finish

Go over to the tube of glue and stand beside it while the scene plays out. You don't need to attack the glue tube right away. Once the yellow toy figure steps on the platform beside the glue tube, the box on the left will tumble over and start falling downwards. The scene ends here.

Step 4: Attack the glue tube

Keep attacking the tube of glue so that superglue is sprayed on the bottom of the box that has fallen halfway down. Make sure to create a big enough puddle.

Step 5: Go back and attack the Constellation Clockwork device again

Once you attack the Constellation Clockwork device, the new scene will start playing (Image via HoYoverse)

Go back to the Constellation Clockwork device and attack it again. The scenario will start playing again, but this time the glue beneath the box will keep it steady, and it will not fall. This will help the toy figure escape danger and solve the puzzle.
