Check your graphics card setting

If you have a PC or a laptop that has integrated and dedicated GPUs, there is a possibility that this issue is prevailing because the game is trying to launch on the iGPU instead of the dedicated GPU. To check and fix this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows button and then click on the search tab, or press the Windows button+S on the keyboard.
• Search for Graphics Settings
• Navigate through the apps and games list, and select Metaphor ReFantazio from the list or add the .exe file of the game if it is not already there.
