With the introduction of The Disrupter Elusive Target in Hitman 3, players will be able to assassinate a virtual rendition of renowned MMA fighter Connor McGregor known in-game as "The Disruptor." This mission takes place on the Isle of Sgail, where an event between him and another fighter, Quinn, takes place. As usual, it is up to Agent 47 to eliminate The Disruptor without drawing attention.
Developer IO Interactive's Hitman series is known for its stealth sandbox levels, allowing players to solve problems as they see fit. The same holds true for this mission, and this article covers how to take The Disruptor down by fighting him one-on-one in Hitman 3.
How to eliminate Connor McGregor The Disruptor in Hitman 3
This is the "scripted" way of killing The Disruptor in Hitman 3 and can be done utilizing the default setup of tools and equipment, including the silenced pistol and coin. Starting with the island dock, head up the stairs and past the arc; instead of climbing the next flight of stairs, however, check the right side of the adjacent wall to find a climbable pipe.

This leads to the upper level where the Security Room is located. There are a couple of guards in there, however. Open the door and throw a coin in front of the trunk.
This should distract the guards, following which one of them will arrive at the scene to check for the source of the noise. Ensure you stand outside the Security Room with the door closed so that Agent 47 is not seen. Once the guard's back is turned towards you, perform a stealth takedown. Put the unconscious body in the trunk and don his security attire to safely walk around the Security Room.
The room has a Camera Recorder machine here that records footage via cameras dotted around the Isle of Sgail, so it is recommended to disable the surveillance system by interacting with it. Be sure to distract the guard standing next to it before attempting to sabotage it. Otherwise, disabling the surveillance system will raise suspicion.
Once that is done, head out through the door that's not the one you used to enter the room, grab the hammer sitting atop the crates, and go down the corridor past the two guards. It leads to the arena where The Disruptor is awaiting his chance to enter the ring.
Agent 47 must be a little patient here, as he needs to wait until the fight starts. Luckily, there is a way to force the fighters to take a break, and that is by shooting the bell in an area overlooking the cage.

It can be shot from ground level from the corridor area using the silenced pistol. For precise aiming, it is best to use 47's Instinct Vision. A successful execution will cause The Disruptor and Quinn to part ways. The next step is to replace Quinn, allowing Agent 47 to take on The Disruptor himself.
As the fighters go their separate ways, activating the Instinct Vision will show Quinn and a bodyguard headed towards and through the corridor where Agent 47 entered this area.
Your goal now is to steal Quinn's disguise. The easiest way is to distract the guard and knock out Quinn — be sure to only render him unconscious as not killing him is one of the optional objectives of The Disruptor mission in Hitman 3. To achieve this, drop a firearm (like the pistol) in the open past the corner and stand to the side to let the duo pass.
Quinn will notice the weapon and send his bodyguard to investigate. With the guard distracted, this is Agent 47's chance to knock out the fighter, stow his body away in a chest in the corridor, and steal his disguise.
With that done, head to the ring where The Disruptor awaits. Agent 47 will then fight him, so follow the on-screen prompts to put an end to your target.
Now, it is time to head back to the extraction point back at the docks, which will wrap up this unique Hitman 3 mission.
