Honkai Impact 3rd 7.6 release date, countdown, and new content

Honkai Impact 3rd, HoYoverse's original Honkai series game, will release version 7.6 to all players on July 25, 2024. Titled Fading Dreams, Dimming Shadows, Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6 will release a variety of new content. Songque, a much-loved character will finally be released as a playable valkyrie in her new S-Rank battlesuit: Jovial Deception. More content will be added to the main story, and various brand collaboration events have also been lined up for this release.

Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6 further continues the story of Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2. Launched in February 2024, Part 2 of Honkai Impact 3rd branched off into a new story with new protagonists, and was made to play as a standalone game even by players who had never played Part 1. Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2 has retained the popularity of Part 1 and is now all set to launch its latest update, version 7.6.

Honkai Impact 3rd 7.6: Release date

Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6 will be released on July 25, 2024, on SEA and Global servers across all platforms: PC, iOS, and Android. Players can access the new content right away after updating the game from the Launcher/App Store/Play Store.

• Global server (America): July 25, 6 AM (UTC -5)

1) New valkyrie: Songque

Songque will finally be released as a playable character in Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6. Her new S-Rank Battlesuit, Jovial Deception, will be available in the Supply event. Players can pull Songque from the Supply event till August 23, 2024, following which she be removed from the current event gacha.

Songque's battlesuit will be an S-Rank Stardust type, dealing Physical damage. This new battlesuit has two forms, the initial form being Spiritual Verdure, following which she can transform into Divine Gold. Her recommended gear includes her best-in-slot weapon Purge of Ten Faces, and the Leaf's Visions Stigma set.

2) New AstralOP: Serapeum

Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6 will launch the new S-Rank AstralOP Serapeum. Serapeum works very well with Songque, as she increases the Physical DMG of on-field characters. When used exclusively with Songque's Jovial Deception battlesuit, all assist attacks deal extra Physical DMG as well.

Serapeum's supply event has a guarantee of 60 Drops, meaning that all players can obtain Serapeum within 60 AstralOP supply pulls.

After the release of the Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.6 update, players can continue onward with the main story in the Chapter III Interlude. Titled Bitterness for a Sleepwalker, the story will see the return of some familiar characters such as Bronya, Vita, and the Schicksal Overseer.

Playing the main story and completing it will reward players with valuable in-game currencies such as Crystals, Ancient Willpowers, Source Prisms, and many more items.

On July 21, 2024, a brand new animated short titled Summertime Reminiscences will be available for players to view. The short will feature characters such as Songque, Coralie, Helia, and Sena. A special event centered around this has already been released in-game on July 18, 2024.

To celebrate the release of version 7.6, Honkai Impact 3rd has prepared a special collaboration event with Razer. Launching on July 19, 2024, this collab allows players to purchase the limited edition Mobius-themed Razer Kishi Ultra Controller. Other limited gifts include a special keychain that can be displayed in-game.

Players can purchase the special controllers both online from Razer's official website, and physically from all official Razer stores.
