Those who are light spenders (P2P) and choose to buy Express Supply Pass add another 3780 Stellar Jades (excluding Genesis Crystals) which sums up to 120 Special Passes and 16 Normal Passes. Additionally, including the paid Battle Pass will add 680 Stellar Jades and 4 Special Passes.

Thus, P2P players buying both monthly passes and paid battle passes can gain over 128 Special Passes and 16 Normal Passes in Honkai Star Rail.
