The server downtime duration may vary for players depending on their location, so we’ve listed below the timings for some of the major regions. Bear in mind that the maintenance break for servers in America will roll out on July 30 due to time zone differences.

Honkai Star Rail 2.4 compensation details

As per custom, HoYoverse will hand out the server downtime compensation to every player. The reward includes 600 Stellar Jade for the inconvenience caused and bug fixes. Trailblazers can also expect to receive more Jades if the maintenance exceeds the five-hour mark.

As always, the freebies will be transferred to their accounts via the in-game mailing system. It can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon within the Pause menu. Make sure to claim the rewards manually from the mailbox before they expire.
