As previously stated, Honkai Star Rail's servers will undergo maintenance on October 23, 2024, starting at 6 am (UTC+8), which will last for approximately five hours. Since the servers will be busy downloading the latest updates, you can't access their games during this period. To get all the new content that version 2.6 of Honkai Star Rail offers, you must update your game to the most recent version after the maintenance is over.

Compensation for server maintenance and how to claim it

Players across all the servers will receive 300 Stellar Jades as compensation for the server maintenance and downtime. To be eligible to claim these rewards, you must be at least Trailblaze Level 4 or above before the servers go under maintenance. The compensation rewards will be distributed to eligible players via the in-game mail within five hours after the new update goes live and will expire once version 2.6 ends. So make sure to claim your free Stellar Jades before they expire.
