Renowned leaker Seele Leaks has shared details about the upcoming characters that will debut in Honkai Star Rail version 3.1, which is speculated to go live on February 25, 2024. They have provided information regarding the characters' names, elements, and paths. Additionally, they shared when the limited-time gacha banners for each unit will occur during the update.

Based on the information, the first half of the 3.1 update will introduce a character named Tibao, who will wield the Quantum element and follow the Path of Harmony. This will make them the ninth Quantum unit in HSR.

As for the second half of version 3.1, an Imaginary element playable character called Wandi will be added to the game. They have been leaked to follow the Path of Destruction. Following Sunday's debut, Wandi may be the 11th Imaginary character in the title.
