Honkai Star Rail Amphoreus release speculation

HoYoverse recently announced the upcoming Amphoreus characters have started preparing for the destination’s release in Honkai Star Rail. This region is set to debut with version 3.0, which starts right after v2.7 ends in January 2025. It has been a while since Penacony was released, and players are eagerly waiting for the next chapter of the story as the past couple of patches were just fillers.

When would Amphoreus be released in Honkai Star Rail?

Amphoreus in Honkai Star Rail is expected to be released alongside the upcoming version 3.0 patch. Following the usual 42-day patch cycle, v3.0 might be released on January 15, 2025, at 11 AM (UTC+8), not accounting for a delay in the update/patch.

What to expect from Honkai Star Rail version 3.0

In Honkai: Star Rail version 3.0, two brand-new 5-star characters are set to be released — The Herta and Aglaea. Moreover, the character and Light Cone banners are expected to change. According to the rumor, with the start of version 3.0, both new 5-stars will be available from the beginning of the patch till the end. This means the new characters will be available for all 42 days the patch is live. For the second phase, HoYoverse will likely start the rerun banners after 21 days.

During the version 2.7 special program live telecast, the developers introduced some characters from Amphoreus, such as Castorice, Cipher, Mydei, Anaxa, Phainon, and Tribbie. Apart from these characters, HoYoverse has already announced Aglaea as a playable unit in their recent drip marketing campaign.

With The Eternal Land’s release in Honkai: Star Rail, players will be greeted by an engaging Trailblaze mission that will introduce the brand-new area.
