Team recommendations for Stellar Shimmer: Cycle of Suffering
Day 2 of the Stellar Shimmer event features the Cycle of Suffering combat challenge. The buff available in this stage focuses on debuffs and Ultimate DMG. All enemies share an HP pool, and whenever they are afflicted with any debuffs or whenever they take action, one stack of Dead End is applied to them. Dead End can stack up to 30 times and lasts for a total of two turns. Each stack of Dead End that the enemy has increases the Ultimate DMG they take by 10%.

To take advantage of this buff, here are a few team compositions that you can use to clear the Stellar Shimmer: Cycle of Suffering stage.
1) Acheron, Silver Wolf, Guinaifen, Gallagher
This team comprising of Acheron, Silver Wolf, Guinaifen, and Gallagher takes full advantage of the stage buff in Stellar Shimmer: Cycle of Suffering. Each person in this team can inflict debuffs very quickly, thus making sure that multiple Dead End stacks are applied to enemies at all times.
Additionally, all enemies have Lightning and Fire weaknesses, so this team is perfect for achieving an SS Rating in this combat challenge.
2) Acheron, Silver Wolf, Pela, Gallagher
Acheron and Silver Wolf are available as trial characters to use in the Stellar Shimmer: Cycle of Suffering stage, so their presence in the team is a must. If you don't have a well-built Guinaifen, or if you feel like replacing her with another character, Pela does a good job of fitting in. Pela applies debuffs to the enemies pretty fast as well, and can thus help with the stage mechanic as well as getting Acheron's ultimate back up fast.
3) Acheron, Silver Wolf, Black Swan, Gallagher
If you have a well-built Black Swan, including her in a team composition with Acheron and Silver Wolf would be a good choice. Even though the enemies don't have a Wind weakness, Silver Wolf can easily inflict them with Wind weaknesses, thus helping Black Swan deal more damage and stack up the debuffs faster.
4) Acheron, Silver Wolf, Black Swan, Aventurine
Gallagher's sustain can be replaced with Aventurine's shield in this particular team composition. Make sure you have a well-built Aventurine who has good shielding if you want to use him as the sole shielder. All enemies in the Stellar Shimmer: Cycle of Suffering stage have an Imaginary weakness, so this will work to Aventurine's advantage as well.
