Honkai Star Rail leaks hint at appearance of Herta's true form in upcoming version

Honkai Star Rail has often revamped existing 4-star characters and released them as 5-star ones in accordance with the lore and ongoing in-game plot. Examples include Dan Heng and Imbibitor Lunae, as well as Tingyun and her upcoming 5-star variant Fugue.

According to the latest leaks, the next character to get a 5-star version will be Genius Society member Herta. These reports have also hinted at the unit's possible appearance, which might be revealed to players in Honkai Star Rail 3.0.

Reputed leaker Seele Leaks, along with Uncle C, has disclosed new information regarding the appearance of an upcoming 5-star variant of Herta.

Previous reports had already suggested that Herta would be getting a 5-star upgrade. These recent leaks further add to that information by providing details about 5-star Herta's design and appearance in the game.

Interestingly, HoYoverse has hinted at a possible 5-star Herta via the newly added Simulated Universe expansion Unknowable Domain. The landing page for this expansion showcases an artwork of a character that looks very similar to Herta.

Since the playable 4-star Herta appears at the beginning of the quest and introduces the Unknowable Domain to players, it is very likely that this illustration confirms the character's true form.

Another such illustration of a possible 5-star Herta can be seen when the player unlocks new Trailblaze Secrets while playing Unknowable Domain. This illustration depicts 4-star Herta in front of a gigantic character that is possibly the character's actual form. This artwork is identical to the Herta's artwork on the Unknowable Domain main page.

According to the Uncle C and Seele leaks, here are a few other details regarding the upcoming 5-star Herta in terms of her design and weapon:

• 5-Star Herta's face is very similar to that of 4-Star Herta's face.
• She wears a white scarf with a key hanging from it.
• Her outfit has a low neckline, while the waist area has a semi-transparent design.
• She wields a big key-shaped staff that is purple in color, and has an amethyst embedded at the top.

Since these leaks are for Honkai Star Rail 3.0, players will have to wait for quite some time before HoYoverse releases any official information regarding the subject.
