A Grounded Ascent Light Cone is imbued with the following passive (at Superimposition 1/5):

Departing Anew: After the wearer uses Skill or Ultimate on one ally character, the wearer regenerates 6 (8) Energy and the target receives 1 stack of "Hymn" for 2 turn(s), stacking up to 3 time(s). Every stack increases DMG dealt by 15% (24%). After every 2 use(s) of the wearer's Skill or Ultimate on one ally character, recover 1 Skill Point.

The buffs provided by this lightcone not only boost the damage inflicted by party members, but can also regenerate Energy for the wearer. If equipped on Sunday, this can let him cast his Ultimate faster. Additionally, this Light Cone regenerates Skill Points at fixed intervals, making this a brilliant support Light Cone that can be equipped by most Harmony characters.
