Level Infinite has announced the launch of the Honor of Kings Arli "Memory Chip" skin via an official X post on September 11, 2024. Per the official post, the influence of white color is evident in the new skin for the humanoid robot RS-08. The new Honor of Kings Arli "Memory Chip" skin will present the hero in a tech-savvy avatar. The hero gets whole-body metal accessories, which capture the essence of the humanoid robot RS-08. The tip of Arli's umbrella blooms like a flower when wearing this new skin.

In the Hall animation of the skin, we see the umbrella discover an island in the middle of the sea as it flies through some stony terrains. As the camera follows the umbrella, we see Arli walking towards what seems to be another humanoid. When Arli gets closer, its revealed that the humanoid is probably wasted, but it has a flower in front of it. Our hero touches the flower and goes into a small flashback.

Per the official video, when Arli uses her basic attack, she shoots some arrows that leave a mark after hitting an enemy. Once it reaches three marks, the next basic attack activates her passive and causes a small explosion to deal damage to the enemy.

When Arli uses her first skill, she blinks towards the target direction, leaving her umbrella behind. Once she reaches her destination, her umbrella, which is still at the previous location, displays a blooming effect.

When Arli uses Maple Dance, her second skill, the umbrella orbits around her while she keeps attacking the enemy player with her basic attacks and other skills. She can also activate the skill a second time to teleport to where her umbrella is.

When using her ultimate skill, she throws her umbrella forward within a fan-shaped area, which, upon hitting, also pushes back the enemy hero. She can also use this skill for a second time, again helping her reach wherever the umbrella is. This aspect of the skill will be helpful when an enemy with very low health is retreating.

When moving wearing Honor of Kings Arli "Memory Chip" skin, the umbrella appears over her head now and then. Besides, when you are standing still on the battleground, the hero will open the umbrella, rotate it over her head for a few seconds, and then close it.
