A new Hero, Loong, debuted in the Hero’s Gorge map in Honor of Kings with the July 11, 2024 update. He belongs to the Marksman class and excels in the Farm Lane.

Loong can support from the backline during team fights and is highly dependent on the Crimson Golem. He specializes in crowd-controlling enemies and recovering health and is easy to play in terms of playing difficulty. Below is the skills overview of Loong in HoK:

1) Hidden Dragon (Passive)

This passive allows Loong’s elemental Dragon Souls released from the last two skill attacks to get attached to his primary and secondary swords. He deals damage to the main target along with another nearby enemy.

Loong uses his skills and gains three stacks of Dragon Soul marks. The subsequent Basic Attack will consume the marks to drive the Dragon Souls towards the enemy. When multiple Dragon Souls are attacking the enemy, subsequent souls after the first will only deal 50% damage.

2) Flaming Palm (Skill 1)

Loong unleashes a wave of sword energy, dealing physical and true damage to enemies within range. Simultaneously, he gains one Dragon Soul mark. One Fire Dragon Soul gets attached to his sword while using Flaming Palm, allowing Loong to inflict extra true damage with Basic Attacks.

He deals increased damage with Basic Attacks if the Fire Dragon Soul attaches to his swords. If the soul binds to his primary sword, his enhanced Basic Attacks will deal true and physical damage.

3) Downpour (Skill 2)

While using the Downpour skill, one Water Dragon Soul attaches to Loong's sword, which recovers his Health and Mana with Basic Attacks. This Marksman hero in Honor of Kings recovers more Health if the soul binds to both of his swords.

If the soul attaches to his primary sword, he deals physical damage with Basic Attacks and recovers Health every time it hits.

4) Riding the Wind (Ultimate)

One Wind Dragon Soul attaches to Loong's sword while using Riding the Wind, granting him Movement Speed. He gains more Movement Speed if it links to both of his swords. If the soul attaches to his primary sword, he deals physical damage and knocks back enemies with Basic Attacks.

5) Infinite Vastness (Ultimate)

Loong ascends to the sky while revealing his true white dragon form. He becomes untargetable briefly and ignores the terrain but can't unleash any attacks. After that, he inflicts Dread and damages enemies on his path by diving forward. Enemies under the Dread effect will unwillingly go away from him.

Loong draws his True Dragon Sword, gaining Attack Speed and range. While the sword attacks, his other swords will damage up to two additional enemies.
