#3 Bigger Settlements
Horizon Zero Dawn offered some really breathtaking vistas and landscapes.
Every location offered a different kind of flora and looked incredibly detailed as if special attention was given to them while designing the world. However, the game failed to provide any huge towns or city that would feel believable.

Even the NPC's in every settlement looked very identical and for a 2017 game with such beautiful visuals, it was a little jarring, to say the least. Except for Meridian every other town in the game seemed to look similar and the sequel could really learn a lot from The Witcher 3's Novigrad or even Assassin's Creed Origin's portray of Alexandria.
Both these areas looked like a place where people actually lived and performed their day to day activities.
Horizon Zero Dawn 2 could really up the game by providing bigger and more varied looking settlements and needless to say there's a lot of scope in making them because of the different tribes introduced in the first game and the cultural difference each one had.
