Players can perform multiplayer attacks anytime in Home Village and Builder Base. However, doing so in the Clan Capital requires the arrival of Clash of Clans Raid Weekends. Unlike other bases, attacking in Raid Weekends isn't an individualistic task but teamwork, requiring all your clan members to contribute to a single attack in an enemy village or district.
Conquering an enemy district in Raid Weekends can require more than one raid. Therefore, all your clan members must perform multiple raids in a single enemy district. Note that up to 50 clan members can participate in a Raid Weekend.
This article further discusses everything you need to know about Clash of Clans Raid Weekends and how you can perform an attack in it.

Everything you need to know about Clash of Clans Raid Weekends
The weekly Clash of Clans Raid Weekends begins on Friday and lasts till Monday. Unlike Clan Wars, wherein the participating clans' members individually attack their enemy players' bases, Raid Weekend allows multiple players to attack a single enemy district.
Raid Weekend pits your clan against another one, and if you defeat all its districts, you are pitted against a new clan. Note that each clan member can only perform five raids in the entire Raid Weekend, but if one three-stars a district for the first time during the weekend, they receive a bonus attack.
Since defeating a district usually requires more than one attack in a Raid Weekend, the damage inflicted and the spells used by a previous attacker stay intact for the next attackers.
Three-star an enemy district in Clash of Clans Raid Weekends
To attack a Capital District, your team must first wipe out all districts of an enemy Clan Capital.
The objective while attacking an enemy district is to expand the deployment area, which lets you deploy your troops in whichever region you wish in the district. This is done by taking down more buildings of the base or using the Jump Spells.
Rewards you receive in Clash of Clans Raid Weekends
Once the Raid Weekends end, your clan receives Raid Medals based on their attacking and defending performance. All those who attacked in the Raid Weekend receive these medals.
Each district your clan destroyed yields additional Raid Medals. Besides this, participating in a Raid Weekend rewards you with Capital Gold, a currency used to upgrade various buildings and unlock new characters in Clash of Clans Clan Capital.
