Tilapia in Disney Dreamlight Valley: Location

If your goal is to catch Tilapia, you must make your way to the Frosted Heights biome. Although fishing spots are plentiful along the stream that cuts through Frosted Heights, keep an eye out for water bodies with blue bubbles. While these spots may occasionally harbor Crabs, they are also a good location to catch Tilapia.

The only way to reach the Frosted Heights biome is via the Forest of Valor biome, which can be unlocked for 3000 Dreamlights. Then, you can unlock Frosted Heights by completing Elsa's quests and spending 10,000 more Dreamlights.

It's worth noting that certain areas in the Frosted Heights are inaccessible unless you have upgraded the pickaxe that can break through ice. However, fishing spots will still be available in the river and pond. Hence, you do not need specialized equipment upgrades to engage in fishing within this biome.
