Traversing in Zenless Zone Zero can be confusing for a newcomer due to the lack of an open world in the title. The maps are basically small hubs with little space to explore, but fortunately, the game offers a neat method to change locations. It calls for using the Travel system, which shows every major area on the map with the option to teleport to its major spots.
This is enough to keep you connected to the important vendors and NPCs scattered throughout the world. Besides, most of the gameplay elements are locked behind the arcade-style Hollow Deep Dive System, so there isn't a lot to do at hubs. That said, this article outlines everything you need to change the map in ZZZ.

As specified, there is no open world in Zenless Zone Zero, so traversing is limited to individual hubs. You can, however, enter a different location or ‘change the map’ using the Travel system.
The way it works is that you navigate to a city and click on one of its locations, which appears at the bottom of the screen. This will give you the option to teleport directly to the area. On PC, you can bring up the Travel system screen by pressing “M” on your keyboard. Do remember that this feature will not work during commissions or in the Hollow Deep Dive System.
If you are deployed on a mission, make sure to complete it first or give up altogether to access the map feature. Sometimes, quests will require you to complete some tasks within the city itself. In that case, you can traverse around using the Business Car in the parking lot. The one on Sixth Street is located behind the video store.
