In Infinity Nikki, players will often find the need to change the time, especially when a quest objective spawns at a certain hour. The game fails to provide a proper explanation of what exactly the protagonist should do at Miraland when the progression comes to a halt. Fortunately, Nikki has access to an interactable clock that is unlocked within the first hour of the title.
This guide further explains how you can change time in Infinity Nikki.

Infinity Nikki’s open-world aspect, paired with the "change time" feature, lets you swiftly progress through the story. You might overlook the latter, as the gameplay element is embedded in the menu. To change the time of the day, just use the Run, Pear-Pal option.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for the reader’s convenience:
- Press Escape (Esc) to bring up the in-game pause menu, also referred to as Pear-Pal.
- Find the "Run, Pear-Pal" option, denoted by a small clock icon, and click on it.
- Choose your preferred time of the day to change to, by moving the slider around the dial.
- Click on "Confirm" to finalize.
- To successfully pass the time, you can either press skip or play the minigame until the timer runs out.
You gain access to the menu and, with it, the "Run, Pear-Pal" feature by progressing through the story. To be precise, you must navigate to the Stylist’s Guild building in Florawhish. Once inside, talk to the receptionist and enlist your name with the guild to unlock Pear-Pal.

Developer Infold Games has even gone a step further, naming each time segment on the clock. Here are the details:
- Night (10 pm- 3 am)
- Sunup (3 am- 4 am)
- Dawn (4 am- 7 am)
- Day (7 am- 8 pm)
- Dusk (8 pm- 10 pm)
Quite a few missions will require you to complete an objective at a specific time of the day. In such cases, use the “Run, Pear-Pal” option to skip ahead. Do the same even if the quest mentions a time frame instead of a specific hour.
