To claim land in the Manor Lords, you must collect Influence Points. Influence Points are used to unlock new lands along with King's Favor, which is yet to be introduced by the developer in the game.

Here are the steps to claim areas in Manor Lords:

• Firstly, collect a minimum of 1000 Influence Points by completing day-to-day tasks.
• Once collected, open the Overview Map and zoom out. You can see all the different segmented areas after zooming out.
• You will notice two different types of areas, unclaimed territories and claimed territories. It means that certain territories are claimed by other Lords (real-time players) and some are not. To claim an unclaimed area, you will require 1000 Influence Points and 2000 Influence Points will be required to claim a taken land. Thereon, click on the territory of your choice.
• Then, click on the Claim with Influence option at the bottom center of your screen. After that, wait for 20 seconds to claim the land. If it was previously owned by another Lord, you must fight and defeat them to get it. For that, make sure to have enough units and military gear in your arsenal.
