To make the "A Deal with Ursula" quest accessible, you need to achieve Level 10 friendship status with Ursula and unlock the following biomes:

• Sunlit Plateau (7,000 Dreamlight)
• Forgotten Lands (15,000 Dreamlight)
• Forest of Valor (3,000 Dreamlight)
• Frosted Heights (10,000 Dreamlight)

Once all this is done, the quest becomes accessible and can be triggered by conversing with Ursula. She will provide details about her needing a Dark Crystal that is hidden somewhere in the Forgotten Lands biome. Your task is to retrieve the crystal for Ursula with the promise that, in exchange, she will let Prince Eric walk free.

Head to the Forgotten Lands biome and start looking around for a pond while searching the ruins. Once you find the pond, look behind to discover four pedestals with the Dark Crystal hidden in one of them.
