Here is a step-by-step guide for you to easily complete the Felony and Punishment quest in Gray Zone Warfare:

• Accept the mission from Banshee in your faction’s home base and read through the quest window to obtain the necessary information.
• Pack the essentials and call in transport to get to the nearest landing zone in Midnight Sapphire.
• You have to go to the Whitewater Villas area located inside the Midnight Sapphire resort. Since a lot of AI guards walk around this region, you should try and avoid conflict as far as possible.
• Once inside, you need to travel to the middle villa on the outskirts of the resort. It is easy to locate from the map as it is present directly above the “Whitewater Villas” marker.
• The houses look similar so make sure you enter the correct one. Go inside the villa and make your way to the last room in the hallway. The room will have a couch near the window.
• The cell phone is just behind this couch. You will need to pick it up to mark the objective as completed.
• You can then start going back to the nearest landing zone and get back to the base. Report back to Banshee and submit your findings to claim the rewards.

It is important to note that you should avoid the main building of the Midnight Sapphire Resort as it is guarded by AI soldiers. The Whitewater Villas are relatively less guarded and easier to cross. You can also find different loot inside the campus so make sure to look thoroughly but do not waste any time picking up useless items.

You do not have to carry any special equipment like keys for this mission. Weapons, ammo, food, water, and some medicines are more than enough to complete this quest. You can complete it solo as well but we recommend taking up this task with a squad to increase your success rate.
