As per reports, the cargo in question is a purple colored suitcase. To get your hands on this item, follow these steps:

1) Reach Pha Lang Airfield

Pha Lang Airfield is the primary location of investigation. The coordinates that you need to reach are around 182, 157 (which might be different for different factions). Your closest landing zone (LZ) is GOLF 1. So gear up and take a chopper to GOLF 1 LZ.

2) Locate the Hangar

Upon reaching the airfield, you must investigate the area and locate the Hangar. After that, start your search for the purple suitcase. Reports suggest that this was the location where the purple suitcase was last seen by authorities.
