How to complete the Hedgepuff challenge in Wuthering Waves

Completing the Hedgepuff challenge is one of the tasks in the Where Stars Slumber event in Wuthering Waves version 1.3. It requires players to defeat the Outlier Tacet Discord Hedgepuff in the new Black Shores Archipelago. You must complete the Black Shores Main Quest to unlock the Black Shores Archipelago map (as well as the Where Stars Slumber event).

Wuthering Waves: How to complete the Hedgepuff challenge

Completing the Hedgepuff challenge is one of the four quests in the Lifetime of Adventures segment in the Where Stars Slumber event. This challenge is located near the TD Observatory area in the northern region of the Black Shores Archipelago map.

Keep in mind that to unlock the Hedgepuff challenge, you must level up your Data Hub to at least Level 1. After you do so, follow these steps to reach the challenge location and defeat the Hedgepuff:

Step 1: Reach the challenge arena

The Outlier Tacet Discord Hedgepuff is located in the very northern region of the Black Shores Archipelago map, near the Resonance Beacon. Teleport to the Resonance Beacon and head to the small island in the north to reach the challenge location.

Step 2: Defeat the Hedgepuff

The Hedgepuff is an Outlier Tacet Discord, a gigantic version of the standard Gulpuff Tacet Discord. Its main attack tactic is releasing giant bubbles to trap the player and immobilize them. Try not to get trapped inside the bubbles, and defeat the Hedgepuff using your best DPS characters.

As with all the other Outlier Tacet Discords, defeating the Hedgepuff for the first time grants you the following rewards:

• One Premium Supply Chest
• One Advanced Supply Chest
• One Standard Supply Chest

Wuthering Waves: Rewards for completing the Hedgepuff challenge

After you defeat the Hedgepuff, you can claim the rewards for completing this specific task from the Where Stars Slumber event page. The rewards consist of the following:

• 5 Stardust
• 6 Medium Resonance Potion
• 40000 Shell Credit

Once you collect a total of 100 Stardust, you can pick one weapon of your choice from amongst the Deep Sky Blazar Weapon series.
