Head to the western part of Ginger Island and talk to Birdie to trigger the Pirate’s Wife quest in Stardew Valley. If you don’t have access to this area, you must first complete the Community Center bundles and help Willy repair the boat in the Fishing Hut.

After you repair the boat, you can visit Ginger Island at any time as long as the Fishing Hut is open. However, to meet Birdie and start the quest, you must first unlock the west side of Ginger Island by donating ten Golden Walnuts to a parrot next to a giant sleeping turtle.

After donating the walnuts, head to the far left side of the island. You will find a small hut and Birdie fishing outside. Talk to her and she will explain that she is looking for a locket that her husband used to wear.
