In The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, the Susuyai Shrine will be found in the Lookout Landing area close to the Hyrule Garrison Ruins. The Susuyai Shrine presents the "Spinning Device" challenge. You will observe carts moving around in a random pattern as you enter the Shrine.

Among these carts, one contains a treasure chest. At this point, you have two choices, shoot the cart with your arrow or utilize the Ultrahand Ability to grab it directly.
