Connecting the Oracle pillars to thread them into a specific shape in Genshin Impact is a mandatory objective to progress in the second quest of the Summertide Scales and Tales Flagship Event.

You can follow the steps mentioned below to easily complete this Simulanka puzzle:

1. Connect the thread to the far left Oracle pillar
2. Connect the thread to the lower middle left Oracle pillar
3. Connect the thread to the bottom Oracle pillar
4. Connect the thread to the lower middle right Oracle pillar
5. Connect the thread to the far right Oracle pillar
6. Connect the thread to the upper middle right Oracle pillar

If you follow these steps, you can successfully connect the oracle pillars and create a star-shaped thread. Doing this will allow you to obtain the final Scattered Star required to hop aboard the Aerial Express.

Once you have finished your ride on the Aerial Express, you will have to watch a conversation unfold before a short cutscene plays. After this, you will have to wait till July 21, 2024, for the third part of the event quest which will go live at 4 AM UTC (+8).
