To begin with, you'll need three things: cloth, rope, and a stick. Crack open any suitcase/crate you find — they usually have cloth inside. As for the rope, you can find it in a few places: hanging from bodies inside caves, cannibal camps, or on the yacht (yes, the yacht is randomly generated, so you'll need to explore to find it). Sticks are scattered all over the game world and can be picked up by simply walking around the environment.

Once you’ve got the cloth, rope, and stick, add them to your crafting menu and combine them. With that, you have crafted your bow.

Once you've crafted your bow, you can start making arrows using feathers and sticks. You can get feathers by eliminating a bird or by building a birdhouse at your camp. Once you have the feathers, head to your crafting menu. Combine the feathers and the stick to craft the arrows. However, there are other types of arrows you can make by combining additional resources with feathers and sticks.

Arrows can be crafted in sets of five. Here's how to make each type:
