1) Use Your Guns

It is best to maintain distance while fighting the Neurothrope in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2. It is only impervious to gunfire when it performs its Psychic Blast attack. While it's not using this attack, you can simply move back and rain boltfire on it. The weapon of choice for this is a slow-firing but high-damaging gun like the Stalker Bolt Rifle.

2) Take Down the Minions as Soon as You Can

During the fight, the Neurothrope will call down lesser Tyranids, aka the Hormagaunts. Kill them as soon as you can, because they will try to do the same to you. The Neurothrope can also make the Hormagaunts frenzied, rendering them more aggressive and dangerous.

3) Beware of the Post-Stun Attack

After recovering from a stun, the Neurothrope in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 performs a powerful 'roar' attack that can cause major damage if you are in its range. Hence, as soon as you see it recovering, try to get as much distance as possible between you and the monster.

4) Beware of the Psychic Blast

The Psychic Blast is the Neurothorpe's most powerful attack and can deal serious damage. Your best bet is to time your dodges perfectly and move out of its range as soon as possible. However, you can also take the riskier method and dodge your way to close the gap and hit it with melee attacks and stunning it. This will give you another free window to deal damage.

Use these methods, and eventually, the Neurothrope in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 will meet its demise at your hands.
