These are the specific conditions you have to meet in Squad Battles, Rivals, or UT Champions to unlock the card on offer:

- Win 4: Win four matches in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) while having a minimum of three players from England in your starting eleven. Earn an 83+ x 2 players pack.
These requirements are extremely lenient and easy to meet, making the EA FC 24 Matt Targett FUTTIES card even more appealing to gamers who want to upgrade their defenses on a low budget.
