Completing requests from Officers can also reward you with Old Coins in Dynasty Warriors Origins. You will unlock this feature from Chapter 2, and completing certain side quests will give you Old Coins among other things.

Although you can collect Old Coins while exploring the world during Chapter 1, you won’t be able to use them till you progress the story to the second chapter. Keep following the campaign and you will eventually meet Sima Hui and unlock Shui Jing Retreat. This will be located near the You Province’s Ji Town.

You can talk with Sima Hui here and exchange Old Coins that you have collected to obtain the following rewards.
