Fast travel in Stalker 2 becomes available after you reach your second major settlement. For most players, the first two settlements are Zalissya in the Lesser Zone and Slag Heap in the Garbage region. Fast travel is limited to major settlements that you’ve already discovered.
The fast travel system revolves around guide NPCs, who act as your transport providers within the Exclusion Zone. These guides are found in major settlements and can be identified by an icon resembling a star or crosshair on the map.
For example, the guide in Zalissya is Uncle Lyonya, while the Guide in Slag Heap is Bonkers. Once you locate a guide NPC, use their services to travel between settlements you’ve visited.
However, in Stalker 2, fast travel is not free and requires payment in coupons, the in-game currency. The cost of travel depends on the distance between settlements, with prices ranging from 500 to 4000 coupons or higher. Longer distances need higher fees, so if you running low on money, try to walk to settlements that are not too far.

To fast travel, first locate the guide NPC in a settlement by checking the map. Once you’ve found them, speak and select your desired destination from a list of previously discovered settlements. If you have enough coupons, the guide will transport you instantly to the chosen location.
Fast travel in Stalker 2 comes with certain limitations tied to story events and regional restrictions.
