You can find it in the Cement Factory area, located east of the Garbage region on the map. Within this area, you'll come across a small outpost known as the Intercom Tower. The outpost is heavily guarded, so be prepared to eliminate several enemies before moving forward.

The Intercom Tower consists of two buildings: the tower itself and a small warehouse. Inside the warehouse, you'll find a locked safe. To access it, you need a password, which can be found on a dead body northwest of the outpost. The code for the safe is 030794.
