How to find Lex The Legend's stash in Stalker 2

The map in Stalker 2 map is set in a fictionalized version of the real-life Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. The Zone is a place where a deadly nuclear reactor meltdown caused a disaster, with its scale so enormous that the area becomes uninhabitable for the next thousands of years. In the game, individuals known as Stalkers traverse the area and scavenge loot to survive and stay in control of their region.

One such Stalker is Lex the Legend, who can be found in the Garbage region of the map. His proposition is rather enticing, as he is willing to guide you toward a stash that he claims is the stuff of legends.

This guide explains how to converse with Lex and the location of this supposed legendary stash.

Finding Lex The Legend's stash in Stalker 2

Head to the location of the side quest, which is a broken building found near two silo-like structures. Even from afar, you will hear Lex tell those around him some legendary stories about his adventures in the Zone. Walk up to him and interact with him.

He will offer to provide you with great tips: you will realize he's likely trying to mess with you. Select the "Cut the crap" dialogue option when prompted, and he will try to broker a deal with you. Select "Let's make a deal" when prompted to receive the location of a legendary stash, not too far from where you are.

Once the dialogue ends, follow the quest marker and head to the location, which is an abandoned utility vehicle parked not too far from the building. The legendary stash can be found on the roof inside a bag. Interact with it. Apart from bread and a weapon, inside is a note termed "The Legend's Advice."

Lex has scammed you, and rather effectively as well. Returning to confront Lex at the building is fruitless, as he will no longer be present there.

Do note that you should speak with Lex before claiming the stash to avoid unnecessary bugs. This is because there is a chance the mission bugs out and crashes the game if the stash is looted before speaking with him.
