How to find the Riemann SMG in Stalker 2

Where can you find the Riemann SMG in Stalker 2?

To get the Riemann SMG, unlock the 'Seek, and You Shall Find' quest in Zalissya. This quest becomes available early in the game and leads you to several hidden "Journalist Stashes" scattered across The Zone. These stashes contain rare and unique weapons or equipment. One of them is located in the Rostok region and contains the Riemann SMG in Stalker 2.

The Rostok region lies north of the Lesser Zone and has one of the largest settlements in the game. The stash containing the Riemann SMG can be found in an abandoned base in the land between the Volkhov Sam and Buryakivka areas.

To access the stash, enter the Rostok base through the front entrance and turn left. You will encounter a room filled with gravity anomalies. Throw some bolts to get past them, after which you will reach a bedroom. On the right side near the beds is a container with the Riemann SMG in Stalker 2 and a supply of ammunition. After collecting your loot, use bolts again to safely exit the room.

How to unlock the special safe

In the same barracks where the Riemann stash is located, you will find a safe with a keypad. Unlock it to get valuable rewards, including an exclusive weapon blueprint and a stack of resources. To solve the safe code puzzle, follow these steps:

1. First Code Fragment: Near the safe, you will find the body of a soldier with a PDA. This PDA holds the first part of the code.
2. Second Code Fragment: Head to the opposite end of the barracks to locate another soldier’s body, which contains the second part of the code.
3. Obtain the Third Code Fragment: Travel to a bunker southwest of the barracks, marked as "?" on your map. Inside, prepare to face a Burer, one of the toughest mutants in Stalker 2. After defeating the Burer, climb the metal staircase in the bunker to find a skeleton on a pile of crates and pallets. This skeleton holds the final part of the code.

Return to the barracks and enter the code into the safe. The code order corresponds to the hierarchy of the soldiers’ ranks. If you wish to skip the puzzle, the safe code is 195726.
