How to find the Sacred Spring in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley features a variety of locations and items that are locked behind side quests. Among them is the Sacred Springs, which players cannot access in free roam. To visit this location, players first need to activate a quest called "A Moth to a Flame" and gain access to the Fiery Plains. The Sacred Springs location will not appear on your map, but it plays a major role in the Hades friendship quests.

Access and explore the Fiery Plains in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Once you have collected 5,000 Storybook Magic, you can use it to remove the barrier that prevented you from entering the Fiery Plains, making the location accessible. Then, you will be able to activate the "A Moth to a Flame" quest. However, before you start wandering through the newly unlocked location, repair the broken Wishing Well nearby so you can use it as a fast travel point later.

Using the Wishing Well as your starting point, head south until you discover an entrance leading to a trial. However, you won't be able to access the entrance, as it will be barricaded by ethereal flames. Take out your camera to capture a photo of the flames, and then strike up a conversation with Hades, who will instruct you to speak with the Lorekeeper about extinguishing the fire.

When you interact with the Lorekeeper, she will reveal that she might know the location of the Sacred Springs. However, you will first be asked to gather:

• Ten Red Bird Snippets: Found outside the Library of Lore.
• Five Pink Demon Snippets: Found in two locations — Fiery Plains and Elysian Fields.
• Two Blue Demon Snippets: Found in Fallen Fortress and Fiery Plains.

Once you have acquired all the necessary items, head back to the Lorekeeper and converse with her. Choose the "I want to reorder stories!" dialogue option to proceed further in the quest.

With the story now unlocked, you will face a puzzle that you must solve without any guides. This puzzle will be more difficult than those encountered in previous quests. Once solved, it will reveal a clue indicating where the Sacred Spring might be.

Make your way to the Elysian Fields and interact with the pink bushes on the left side of the pool. This will reveal the Sacred Spring, which will offer you a small flask filled with water. Place the flask in your inventory and take it back to Hades.

The water in the flask won't be enough to extinguish the flames. You will need a few more items to proceed further. You must collect:

• Five Crimson Eternal Poppies
• Three Magma
• Two Hippocampus

You can find all these items in Mythopia. Once you have everything, take them to the crafting table and create a Watering Can Potion, which you can then use to upgrade your Watering Can. With your newly upgraded equipment, you can easily extinguish the ethereal flames and access the entrance leading to the trial. This will conclude the "A Moth to a Flame" quest.
