Saint Trina is one of the most mysterious characters in the Elden Ring lore and someone who gets closure to her story arc in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. Ever since Elden Ring was first released, fans believed that Trina was a part of Kindly Miquella, the most fearsome Empyrean. However, this was mere speculation.
Surprisingly enough, the speculation was true all along, as one of the optional NPC questlines in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion more or less confirms that St. Trina is the feminine part of Miquella. the DLC also allows players to meet St. Trina face to face. However, finding St. Trina is a bit tricky, given she's tied to a side quest and is hidden behind one of the optional areas in the expansion.
Here's a comprehensive guide on how to find Saint Trina in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Where can you find St. Trina in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?
You first get to know of Saint Trina's existence in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree via Thiollier and his dialogue. After you start Thiollier's questline and complete a couple of his requests, he will let you know about his deep-rooted affection for St. Trina. He will also tell you about how he plans to one day get close to her just to hear her speak.
If you pay attention to Thiollier's dialogue, he gives you hints regarding where you might find Miquella the Kind's second half. However, as is the tradition of any FromSoftware "Souls-borne" title (that includes Elden Ring as well), the hints are wrapped in a layer of obscurity.
To get to St. Trina, you essentially need to make your way to the Cerulean Coast, and then the Stone Coffin Fissure. Both these areas are technically only accessible after you defeat Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, and make your way to Shadow Keep. However, if you want, you can get to Cerulean Coast fairly early in the DLC.
Cerulean Coast is a small trek away from the southeast of the Castle Front Site of Grace. Once you reach the Cerulean Coast, head north until you see a Troll Giant perched on top of one of the giant stone coffins. Defeat the Giant and head further north while also keeping to the left.
You will eventually come across a big crater with a path that leads to its lowest level. Carefully descend the crater, and it will lead you to the Stone Coffin Fissure.
Upon arriving at the Stone Coffin Fissure, simply proceed through the dungeon until you reach the Fissure Depths Site of Grace. Next, you will have to fight the Putrescent Knight.
Defeating the Putrescent Knight in Elden Ring unlocks the lowest level of the Stone Coffin Fissure and a small cave at the end of the boss arena. Head inside the cave, and you will come face to face with Saint Trina. If you have been following Thiollier's questline, you will also find him in the same cave.
